Here's the post, using the Listicle pattern:

And the automation wasn't the biggest lever.

Here's what we changed:

𝟭. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
   One number, one meaning, for everyone. No more debating whose figure was right.

𝟮. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗹
   Once the definition was settled, the manual copy-and-paste disappeared.

𝟯. 𝗪𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆
   Less time formatting. More time deciding.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻:

If you automate a process while people still disagree on what the numbers mean, you just produce the confusion faster.

Fix the definitions first. Then automate.
