File Organizer Skill: Unordentliche Ordner und Duplikate aufräumen

My Downloads folder (./Downloads) is a mess. Help me organize it. Be conservative: don't touch ./Downloads/current-project, and don't delete anything without asking me first. Show me your plan before you change anything.

Current state

Downloads holds 14 loose files plus current-project/, which I'll leave alone. Every file is a small .txt stub, and the real type is in the name (for example IMG_2201.jpg.txt). I'm sorting by that inner type.

The moves keep every filename and modification time, and I'll log each one so it can be undone.

Duplicates (decision for you, nothing is deleted)

These pairs have identical content:

sales-report-q3.pdf and sales-report-q3 (copy).pdf
board-deck-v3.pptx and board-deck-v3 (1).pptx

Both "(copy)" and "(1)" files look like download leftovers. I'd park them in To-Sort/ rather than delete them. Tell me if you want them deleted.

Three other pairs also have identical content, but I'm not calling them duplicates:

Zoom-installer and node-v22-installer

They have different names and purposes, and these files are only short text stubs. If they were real files with matching hashes, they'd be duplicates. I'm keeping both of each pair.

Questions

Should the duplicate "(copy)" and "(1)" files go to To-Sort/ (my default), or be deleted?
The 2022 backups are old. Is Archive/ fine, or should they go somewhere else?
untitled.txt is "random notes". Is To-Sort/ fine?
Do you want the .txt suffixes stripped from the names? I've left them as they are.

Real run recorded with claude-code / claude-sonnet-5-5. Run on a sample Downloads folder with 14 messy files (the contents are placeholder text; the file names carry the real types). It first proposed a plan and waited for approval, so no file was touched and the demo shows only the plan. Tool-call lines show only the first line of each command. The model output is unmodified.

Hilft beim Aufräumen von Ordnern wie Downloads, Dokumente oder Projekte: Es sieht sich an, was da ist, schlägt eine Struktur vor, findet Duplikate und alte Dateien und führt den Plan nach deiner Freigabe aus.

So funktioniert es

Fragt zuerst, welcher Ordner, was das Hauptproblem ist, was unberührt bleiben soll und wie gründlich vorgegangen werden soll.
Verschafft sich einen Überblick (Typen, Größen, Datum) und sucht Duplikate per Inhalts-Hash.
Zeigt einen Plan mit der vorgeschlagenen Struktur, jeder Verschiebung und den Dateien, bei denen du entscheiden musst.
Verschiebt und benennt nach der Freigabe um, behält Änderungsdaten, protokolliert jede Verschiebung zum Rückgängigmachen und fragt vor dem Löschen immer nach.

Geeignet für

Einen chaotischen Downloads-Ordner, verstreute Dateien, Duplikate und das Archivieren alter Projekte.

Gut zu wissen

In unserem Test änderte es bis zur Freigabe nichts: Es zeigte einen vollständigen Plan, ließ einen geschützten Ordner unberührt und schlug vor, vermutete Duplikate in einen To-Sort-Ordner zu legen statt sie zu löschen.

Hinweise & Risiken

Reine Anweisungsdatei: keine Skripte. Nach deiner Freigabe führt es Shell-Befehle aus, die auf deinem Computer Ordner anlegen, Dateien verschieben und umbenennen und, wenn du zustimmst, Duplikate löschen. Wähle den Ordner bewusst, sichere Wichtiges vorher und sage, welche Ordner tabu sind. Es ist darauf ausgelegt, vor dem Löschen zu fragen und Verschiebungen zu protokollieren. Der Skill-Ordner enthält keine eigene Lizenzdatei. Grundlage ist die README des Quell-Repositorys, die das gesamte Repository als Apache-2.0 ausweist und darauf hinweist, dass einzelne Skills abweichen können. Das Paket enthält außerdem LICENSE (vollständiger Apache-2.0-Text) und SOURCE.txt (Hinweis zu Quelle und Lizenzgrundlage, von AIBars ergänzt).
